Important points to note :

  • If an order is placed without a personalized message and remains unconfirmed for 48 working hours, it will be processed and shipped without customization.
  • No emojis or pattern can be engraved.
  • Printing is done using UV Stickers so its advised the product should be hand washed only. (No Scrubbing)
  • Minor scratches may be present due to the handmade nature of the product and should not be considered defects.
