Once the order is placed it cannot be cancelled or returned.
The product will be shipped within 3-4 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays). After dispatch, delivery may take an additional 3–8 working days.
Minor scratches may be present due to the handmade nature of the product and should not be considered defects.
How do I customise/design my card?
Once you place your order, our designer will contact you within 24 hours to collect your details (your logo, name, designation, etc.) and share design of your custom card for your approval.
