• Once the order is placed it cannot be cancelled or returned.

• Personalised name or message will be printed at the centre of the diary and back side of pen.
• If an order is placed without a personalized message and remains unconfirmed for 48 working hours, it will be processed and shipped without customization.
• No emojis or pattern can be engraved.
• It is advised the product should be hand washed only. (No Scrubbing)
